Country Lane is an inspiring 15-acre site overlooking the Golden Ears Mountains and the Agricultural Land Reserve, in the 8400 block of 172nd Street.. Equitas acquired the property in 2004, and redeveloped it to accommodate 29 half-acre, single-family lots intended for large 'Executive Style' homes. The homes are now complete.
Located at the intersection of 72nd Avenue and 152nd Street, this site was re-zoned and serviced to accommodate a future service station. Equitas leveraged the balance of the property to accommodate a small retail facility and a number of single-family building lots. The residential homes are currently under construction.
Located at the corner of Kingsway and Nanaimo Street, this former hotel site was re-zoned for a 350,000 square foot, mixed use development including 2 residential towers, a Starbucks, a brew pub, a beer and wine store, and a Whole Foods grocery store. Upon completion of the rezoning process, the site was sold to a Vancouver based homebuilder.
